Shipping Policy

Order fulfillment time frame:

All made to order products have specified shipping times listed in the description, as it can take longer to make them!

All items in my warehouse will ship within 7-10 business days from initial order.

Made to order products will ship separately from products in the warehouse.

Pre order products will have a specified day it will ship on the item listing. Depending on time of year, shipping time to you may be faster or slower.

Shipping Address:

Please always verify you have put the correct information in before you finalize your purchase. While I will do my absolute best to work with you in an instance a mistake does happen, please know that made to order products cannot change addresses. In an instance where an address cannot be changed, you, the buyer, are responsible for any additional shipping fees and any issues related to lost packages.

Delivery delays:

Courier services may experience delays that are beyond our realm of control. Rest assured that we are dedicated to making sure that you received what you paid for. However, please understand that delivery timelines can be unpredictable. If you do encounter any issues please do not hesitate to contact us. I will do everything in my power to make sure you are taken care of. To avoid our emails going to spam, add our email address to your address book.

additional charges:

As the buyer, please note that you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, or similar fees associated with your order. We want you to be fully informed of any additional costs related to your purchase.
